We are a gun club engaged in political activity. We are not a paramilitary organization, and we do not operate as one. Any resemblance to such structures is incidental and aesthetic rather than functional.
Our political orientation is informed by Marxist-Leninist theory, which includes a critical stance toward adventurism—defined as isolated, uncoordinated acts of violence undertaken outside of broader collective strategy. We recognize such actions as potentially counterproductive to organized political goals.
We are not affiliated with, directed by, or subordinate to any political party, and we maintain organizational independence, though we may engage in cooperation with other groups or movements where goals align.
We seek to operate in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. In the event of any inadvertent non-compliance, we intend to correct such issues promptly and cooperate fully with relevant authorities upon identification.
Members who participate in armed political activity do so with an understanding of its seriousness. Individuals engaging in such activity are assessed for competence in safe weapons handling, as well as their ability to de-escalate conflict and avoid unnecessary harm.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This organization is a political gun club engaged in lawful political expression and association. It is not a paramilitary organization, and it does not operate as one. Any resemblance to paramilitary structures, symbolism, or aesthetics is incidental and not functional.
The organization’s political orientation is informed by Marxist-Leninist theory. This includes a critical stance toward isolated or uncoordinated acts of violence (commonly referred to as adventurism), which are understood as potentially harmful to collective political objectives.
3. Legal Compliance
The organization intends to operate in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Members and participants are individually responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to firearm possession, transportation, storage, and use.
Any unintentional non-compliance will be addressed promptly upon identification, and the organization will cooperate with appropriate authorities as required by law.
4. No Party Subordination
This organization is independent and is not owned, controlled, or directed by any political party or electoral organization. It may, however, engage in cooperation, coalition work, or mutual support with other organizations or groups where objectives align.
5. Assumption of Risk
Participation in any in-person activity, meeting, training, or event may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury or property damage.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that participation is at your own discretion and responsibility.
6. Eligibility and Conduct
Participants must comply with all applicable laws regarding firearm possession and use.
The organization reserves the right to deny participation or membership to any individual at its discretion.
Members and participants are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, lawful, and respectful manner. This includes de-escalation of conflict, avoidance of unnecessary risk, and adherence to safety protocols established for any organized activity.
7. Weapons and Safety
Where firearms or related equipment are present, all handling must comply with applicable law and established safety procedures. Unsafe behavior, negligent handling, or unlawful conduct may result in immediate removal from activities and/or termination of membership.
8. No Authorization of Unlawful Activity
Nothing on this website or in its activities should be interpreted as authorizing, encouraging, or facilitating unlawful conduct. The organization does not condone illegal violence or criminal activity.
